You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pkr50 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep registration details current and accurate.
pkr50 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment method. This KYC process typically requires a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and in some cases evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkr50 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr50 account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. pkr50 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified pkr50 of a security breach in a timely manner.
If you suspect that your pkr50 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr50 customer support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. pkr50 will investigate reported breaches but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to notification. pkr50 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. pkr50 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Users will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. The balance in an inactive account will never fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees alone.
You may request closure of your pkr50 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your original deposit method following successful KYC verification. Bonus funds not yet converted through applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Withdrawal requests on pkr50 are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are processed by pkr50 within the timeframes published in the platform's cashier section. pkr50 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on pkr50 are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. pkr50 shall not be liable for any fluctuation in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit and withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on pkr50 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus rules. Bonus funds credited to your pkr50 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds and free bets are subject to an expiry date as specified in each promotion. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account. It is your responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates and wagering progress within your account dashboard.
All sports bets placed on the pkr50 platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the case of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of pkr50's trading team is final, subject to any escalation process published on the platform. pkr50 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match or event has been abandoned, or where irregular betting patterns suggest market manipulation.
Bets accepted during live in-play markets are subject to the available odds at the time of confirmation by the pkr50 system. pkr50 operates a brief delay on in-play bet acceptance to maintain market integrity. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to connectivity issues or delays in the user's feed — may be voided at pkr50's discretion.
